Each piece is built with intent and tested for quality to represent the chasing culture.
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, it will be made right through a replacement, refund, or other fair solution.
*Normal wear and tear not covered.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PIECE?
To keep Tenaci pieces lasting their best:
- Machine wash cold, delicate cycle
- Wash with similar colors
- Do not bleach or tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron prints
- Line dry in shade
HOW WILL I KNOW IF IT WILL FIT ME?
Detailed size charts are listed on each product page. Check measurements carefully before ordering. Model references are being added to help visualize fit.

DO WE OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELATIONS?
All sales are final. (unless otherwise stated)
Most releases are limited or preorder-based, so refunds aren’t available once an order is placed. Every piece that is final will state it in the description of the product.
If an issue occurs with an order, contact within 7 days of delivery to find the best resolution.
A small team handles every message with care — response times may vary.
WHAT IF MY ITEMS IS DAMAGED, MISSING, OR INCORRECT?
If a package arrives damaged, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
For defective, missing, or incorrect items, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.The issue will be resolved quickly through replacement, exchange, or another fair option.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
- Preorders: Ship 2–3 weeks after the preorder window closes.
- In-stock items: Ship within 3–5 business days.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 USD.
- Currently shipping within the U.S. only (global expansion planned).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent once an order ships.Order status can also be viewed through the confirmation page.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received:
- Wait 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early).
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.
If still missing, contact support — guidance will be provided on next steps.
For lost or damaged shipments, help will be provided in filing claims or finding replacement options.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Updates to shipping address or size are possible only before production or fulfillment begins. Once processing starts or an item ships, changes can’t be made.
WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Check spam or promotions folders first.If not found after 10 minutes, email info@tenacicollective.com with your name and order info to resend confirmation.
